Phi Phi Long Beach Resort & Villa - Phi Phi Don

The so-called superior room was nothing more than a glorified closet, and the broken shower was an absolute disgrace. To top it off, my requests for a room upgrade were met with indifference. I was almost ready to leave a glowing review, but alas, paradise was lost on this occasion.

Enjoyed how brilliant the property was and its accommodating staff except from the manager. As for me, the location was amazing, not far from the hotel's second restaurant, the beach and Ao Tonsai pier with the lively nightlife.

Simply no reason to complain, really nice stay. Large breakfast with lots of delicious food. Nice and very welcoming hotel employees all round. Location near the best beach, Ao Tonsai pier with the lively nightlife and shoppingstreet and the ferry in the bay.

This will save you time and money

Staying at this resort is all about beach relaxation. The sea view from the terrace is nice and the staff is genuinely friendly. Although the hotel is aging, the secluded and peaceful ambiance makes it worthwhile for anyone looking to unwind without distractions.

The plunge pool water was uninvitingly green, and the main bathroom showed signs of neglect with mold and a generally poor state. In the second room, the mattress was barely functional due to worn-out springs, and unexpected nighttime guests, like critters, detracted from the comfort.

The beach was fine, but the breakfast options were pretty basic, not the best for what you'd expect. But overall, a sweet spot for a chill stay!

Great views, but the bathroom was dirty and smelled awful.

Showers need urgent repairs!!! The mattress quality is unacceptable, resembling a board!!! Consider a more manageable path to access the resort from the boat, as lugging luggage across the beach isn't ideal!!!

The snorkeling opportunities were amazing, as I enjoyed swimming among colorful fish right off the shore.

I just had an awesome stay! The snorkeling was incredible, we saw hundreds of colorful fish right off the beach, and the breakfast spread exceeded my expectations with plenty of delicious options. the pool was smaller than shown in the photos, which was a bit disappointing. I'd definitely come back again!

Idyllic setting, perfect if you appreciate beautiful beach access and friendly service.

The staff were hospitable and willing to help. The WiFi connection was very poor.

The view from the beach was very nice, with crystal clear waters perfect for snorkeling. Free use of kayaks and sun loungers added to the fun. The spacious bathroom with a rainfall shower was a nice touch as well.

The location requires a boat ride for access.

Amazing location, beautiful beach access, where we enjoyed relaxing in the saltwater pool and had the convenience of paid shuttle service to explore nearby attractions.

Fine views from the beach, the snorkeling was unbelievable with plenty of colorful fish right offshore. The short boat ride from Tonsai Pier made access to the resort manageable despite the surroundings being a bit dated. The room offered a comfortable space with air conditioning, a blessing after spending time outside.

Outdated facilities.
